Aspiring Finance Leaders Networks
For those Aspiring Finance Leaders (AFL) who are not quite ready to apply to the Talent Pool we have now launched the AFL regional networks. The networks aim to connect aspiring finance leaders together (in person and virtually) for those 2 or 3 levels below the most senior finance professionals in their NHS organisations. There are four networks, one in each region as follows: North, Midlands & East, London and South.
Working closely with HFMA and the Skills Development Network, the regional networks aim to develop individuals, develop a talent pipeline and feed into the National Talent Pool. To find out more about the regional networks and how to enrol please click here or email email@example.com
