As part of our Level 1 accreditation process, at Vale of York CCG we have developed a new appraisal form and in-year development review template.
The structure reflects the FFF Four Strengths model, and aims to provide an integrated PDP and record of in-year development, including CPD requirements. At this stage the new style documentation has been used by the Finance, Contracting, Analytics and Acute Transformation teams. It has since been updated to reflect feedback following these appraisals, and we are hoping to roll this out across the CCG in 2020.
I thought it may be useful to share for any other organisations that are looking at implementing a similar approach.
