The HFMA has launched a major national survey to help build a comprehensive picture of the training and development, career path, values and perceptions of NHS finance staff. The survey can be accessed until 22 November using the following link. It is open to all qualified NHS finance staff and those studying for a professional qualification across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
This is the fourth HFMA staff attitudes survey, building on our previous report The NHS finance function in 2017. We expect the results to be of great interest to NHS finance staff and are keen to get as many responses as possible. As an additional incentive to complete the survey, one lucky person will be picked at random from the responses received to win vouchers of their choice worth £100.
