For managers / leaders - facilitating proactive and positive conversations
Working with the University of Wolverhampton, we are delivering an online training series for NHS finance colleagues in management / leadership roles to equip them with enhanced coaching skills, tools and techniques to better develop a proactive, supportive relationship with their teams who are working from home, and an opportunity to share and reflect on their practice for further support
Within the context of Covid-19, the switch to digital communication and delivery has become imperative. However, in the hurry to switch with limited practical and emotional support given and an expectation that people will quickly and positively adapt, this has had a huge and ongoing impact on the working lives, interpersonal relationships and the ability to cope for those working from home.
The training will be delivered during a 1-hour webinar on Tuesday 26th January from 10:00 – 11:00 on MS Teams, with a follow-up session delivered in smaller working groups in February 2021.
