Maximising efficiency whilst working remotely

Christine Armstrong will be delivering a  3-part series that will empower finance teams to stay on track as they head into a winter of hybrid and remote work: building on what they have already learnt, tackling new problems and enhancing their existing skills. This includes identifying and appreciating very different needs from team members who may be isolated or overwhelmed with people, techniques for difficult conversations, finding energy and productivity and the right levels of social engagement (e.g. around Christmas).

In order to attend this 3-part Workshop series, please email in an application of up to 250 words explaining why you would like to be involved and how the series will help you / your team.

As this is a 3-part series, you will need to commit to attend all 3 sessions as each workshop will build upon the previous workshop’s discussions. Please see the dates below.
