Wellbeing Leadership workshop

When you commit to taking care of yourself daily you are in a much more resourceful place to connect with and support other people. This session will show you how to connect deeply with others so that you are able to listen and support from a non-judgmental place, while at the same time setting boundaries with yourself so you can remain centred and calm. You will discover how to build a sustainable culture of wellbeing for yourself, others and your organisation.

Wellbeing & Others 3 hour Zoom interactive workshop

Audience: Finance managers and leaders


  • A framework for understanding how we communicate with ourselves and others
  • How to connect authentically with yourself and others to listen deeply, build trust and support
  • How to maintain boundaries so that you can remain centred while connecting with others
  • A coaching framework for acknowledging and holding difficult feelings
  • How to manage difficult conversations
  • How to create positive outcomes for yourself, others and your team so that you can create a sustainable and balanced working culture.
  • Ability to reframe your experience and change your state in order to create positive change in a transforming world
  • Skills to build resilience and flexibility so that you can shape the future sustainably and empower others to do the same
  • Self-awareness and connection with others
  • Accountability and support as we check-in with each other and share our learnings.

The workshop will be delivered by Vida Carmel who is a Behavioural Change Coach with over 6 years’ experience helping people think differently and positively change lives. She supports people to build connection and balance in order to create a sustainable future for themselves, others and the world. Vida does this as a speaker, trainer and coach focusing on self-care, belief change and leadership. Having run rehabilitation programmes in prisons as well as delivering an award winning wellbeing programme for LEON Restaurants, she has a unique insight to share. She currently works in the education, healthcare, private and charitable sectors, supporting people to build sustainable systems for the future.
