This 3-part series will enable you to build a sustainable practice of wellbeing for yourself and others by showing you how to create balance, connection and positive change. By starting with a focus on how to look after yourself you will be in the most resourceful place to explore how to connect with and support others, and in turn inspire a culture of wellbeing within your organisation. Between each session you will have the opportunity to transform learnings into practice, build new habits, and check-in on action and progress. This will be a safe and resourceful place for you to explore what needs to be true for yourself and others to access a calm and grounded state and live well.

As this is a 3-part series, you will need to commit to attend all 3 sessions as each workshop will build upon the previous workshop’s discussions. Please see the dates below.
