Future-Focused Finance are working on a new health and wellbeing national programme to support NHS finance colleauges by helping them prepare for the future challenges on the horizon in an ever changing NHS. The health and wellbeing of our staff is something we must protect and we want to ensure that we build a programme that NHS Finance staff will find beneficial as they tackle the inevitable and new challenges coming our way.
To help us shape this programme, we are holding a national health & wellbeing workshop in Manchester to explore ways in which we can best prepare ourselves for the future changes and challenges on the horizon in the NHS. We are looking for volunteers to to take part in the workshop to help us understand the experiences and need of colleagues working in finance.
The workshops will be held in an open and safe environment for delegates to discuss their experiences and feelings around the key themes for the day. Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in facilitated discussions to understand and explore the key issues facing them and their organisations regarding the health and wellbeing of NHS finance staff.
The outcomes and actions will then be taken forward and implemented as actions in the new FFF Wellbeing work programme.
Tuesday 26th November 2019 - central Manchester.
The workshop will run from approx. 10:00 - 15:30 and is free to attend. Lunch will be provided.
Places are limited for this workshop as we are aiming to keep numbers lower than our usual events to encourage discussion and participation from all colleagues attending.
